End of Mat Leave

Well, the time has come. As of Tuesday, I say goodbye to Maternity Leave and begin the old grind again, WORK! Now, I will have 2 full time jobs, wahoo. I truly loved being able to spend the last year with Alex. It was quiet the ride, ups and downs, joy and tears.

Other than that, not much else going on. Serge is off to Tremblant today, he is having his 10 year class reunion for optometry. Going to take it easy this weekend and chill out. Hopefully the weather will be nice for Canada Day.

I missed the result show for So you think you can dance? Does anyone know who got booted out? I love that show!

3 WEEKS

Yes, three weeks left before I go back to work! I am being a photo freak ( more than I already am , I know!) trying to take as many pics of Alex as I can. Soon, I will not be able to do our weekday photo shoots. Now, there are some signs that I am ready to go back to work, one being, I am all sad and anxious to watch The Price is Right on Friday, it is Bob Barker's last show as host, I have not even watched a single show while on mat leave, yes, time to go back to work Michelle!

Speaking of, Tv in the summer is so boring. The only thing I am really watching is So you think you can dance? I loove dance shows. Anyway I will leave you with some photos I took today of Alex Adorable Fauchon!

This and That

Hello all! Been awhile since my last post. Been a little busy and when I am not busy, I want to veg and do nothing!

I am on my final countdown to going back to work....ick. I cannot believe a year has gone by already, where did the time go? The only good thing about me returning to work is that Alex will meet some new friends and have lots of kids to play with! Speaking of my little man, he took 4 steps yesterday! I was so thrilled, I called Sere right away. It also appears he has learned a new word, CACA. I am hoping he is meaning Cat! I thought it was hilarious!

We returned from Turks and Caicos a few weeks ago. Very relaxing vacation but I had mommy guilt the whole time. It was very nice to have some couple time with Serge. Next vacation, Alex is coming along! This gross weather is making me in such a blah mood! I want to enjoy my last few weeks off in the sun!!
