Busy weekend

Well, it was a pretty busy weekend. Alex was christened on Saturday. He did soooooo amazing, was such an angel! He looked like such a stud, I know it was a little cheesy to put a tie on him, but it was with a golf shirt and cargo pants. There was noooo waaay I was putting him in a white suit!! GROSS. After the ceremony we hosted a little lunch for the family. Hard to believe Alex is going to be 10 months old next week, where has the time gone?

On other note, it has been awhile since my last post so I have not mentioned my delight that Sanjaya was booted off Amercian Idol, FINALLY! And on a final note : GO SENS GO!

Game Night

Went to the Sens game last night and they won! Off to round two! I am amazed that I like hockey, although, I did grow up with a hockey fanatic dad, so it makes sense! Serge is a very lucky man, LOL.

Looks DEE-GORGEOUS out! I think we will be outdoors most of the afternoon. Heading up to the cottage this weekend , better get up there before the bugs come out, ugh!

Cute Couple

Alex and his friend Megan met up yesterday. These 2 munchkins are sooo adorable together. It was nice for the mommies to catch up and have some adult conversation!

What is with this weather??? CRAP! Can you tell I am sick of the snow season. I have less then three months before I go back to work, and then I will be stuck indoors. I want to enjoy the outdoors with my Aliboo!

Anyhoo, the weekend is almost here! Yea!

Moose Capital of Canada

Well, we had a little northern adventure for Easter. We went to Hearst, Ontario to visit the Fauchon Clan. The weather was awful driving up, we ended up sleeping in North Bay on Thursday night. The roads were no better on Friday, but we managed to make it up there safely. Alex was sooooo good in the car, I think he did better than me! It was nice to relax and sleep in ( yep, the grandparents got up with Alex, what a treat!)

Playdate

We had some special visitors on Saturday morning, my friend Melanie and her darling daughter Danika stopped in for a visit. The kids were so cute together. Alex was pretty popular as his Aunt Natalie also popped in to see the kids. It was nice to see my chicas and have some girl talk!
